Abstract
The paraumbilical veins are one of the most common collateral pathways deve loping in portal hypertension. Aneurysmal dilatation of a patent paraumbili cal vein is a very unusual finding. We report the first infant case of a pa raumbilical vein aneurysm and its Doppler ultrasound findings.
