Abstract
A patient with neonatal macrocephaly due to bilateral chronic subdural hema toma is presented. There was no history of intrauterine trauma or coagulopa thy. Such patients are apparently rare. The pathogenesis of intrauterine ch ronic subdural hematoma in such patients is unclear.
