Abstract
In this paper, we investigate initial-boundary value problems for semi linear parabolic differential equations with singular term. A criterio n for the appearance of quencing phenomena of classical solution to th e above problems on a bounded domain is given and a global existence a nd nonexistence results of the above problems on unbounded domains are obtained.
