Abstract
It is controversial whether laparoscopic surgery is suitable for;pheochromo cytoma, especially which is huge and invasive tumor. We demonstrate here th e case diagnosed as large and invasive pheochromocytoma that underwent hand -assisted laparoscopic surgery (HALS) and the tumor was resected safely.
