Like for others abdominal disorders, laparoscopic treatment of benign lesio
ns of the spleen is the new standard of care. The most delicate issue durin
g laparoscopic management of splenic disease is parenchimal bleeding. We pr
esent the case of a 29 year-old male with multiple non parasitic splenic cy
sts (the largest measuring 12 cm), treated with laparoscopic fenestration,
achieving meticulous hemostasis using fibrin sealant.
