Abstract
A simple impedance model has been developed to analyse electrical behaviour of incandescent lamps. Experiments carried out on two halogen lamp types s howed excellent correspondence between predicted and measured lamp characte ristics directly related to filament temperature and fill pressure. The imp edance method described here can be applied for testing incandescent lamps.
