Ml. Tian et al., Magnetoresistance properties in quasi-two dimensional charge-density wave compound (PO2)(4)(WO3)(2m)(m=6), ACT PHY C E, 49(9), 2000, pp. 1892-1896
Temperature dependence of magnetoresistance in the range of 2-300 K and the
Delta rho/rho(0)-B relation at 2 K were measured in quasi-two dimensional
charge-density wave compound (PO2)(4)(WO4)(2m)(m=6). The enhancement of the
magnetoresistance at low temperatures was analyzed by use of the magnetic
breakdown model. The first Peierls energy gap in the charge-density wave st
ates was estimated to be about 3.0 meV.
