Abstract
The synthesis of stable titanium containing hexagonal mesoporous aluminopho sphate (TAP) molecular sieves obtained by hydrothermal crystallization usin g the fluoride route is described. Catalysts were well characterized using XRD, FTIR, DRS-UV, solid-state NMR, SEM, TEM, ICP and sorption studies. The catalysts are active for the epoxidation of several olefins using combined oxidant hydrogen peroxide and acetonitrile. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
