Abstract
PAPH is a partial-wave analysis program which can be used to determine the complex scattering amplitudes of elastic p-He-3 scattering by fitting the e xperimental data for many kinds of observables. It is developed by new repr esentation of the S-matrix so as to make it possible to carry out the analy sis both in the elastic and inelastic regions such as several MeV similar t o a few hundred MeV.
