Abstract
Maprotiline determination in blood serum samples was investigated by the us e of both capillary isotachophoresis and spectrofluorimetric techniques. Th e analyte had to be enriched before determination and extraction with n-hep tane was used for this purpose. The preliminary separation enabled the dete rmination of maprotiline in blood serum at therapeutic concentration levels .
