Lymphadenopathy during the course of chronic lymphocytic leukemia is common
. However, when patients develop associated symptoms, a lymph node biopsy i
s warranted. We report three patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia who
subsequently developed Hodgkin's disease and who achieved complete remissi
on after chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
