Abstract
Acquired hemophilia, caused by autoantibodies against coagulation factor VI II, is usually treated with steroids, cyclophosphamide, intravenous gammagl obulins and sporadically other drugs. We describe the case of a patient in whom the common therapeutic choice was unsuccessful, but cyclosporine prove d to be effective.
