Abstract
This paper considers robust H-infinity-compensator design fur linear system s that involve unknown time delays both in states and controls and time-var ying norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. Sufficient conditions for design ing robust compensators are obtained in terms of two Riccati inequalities w hich are not mutually coupled, through which a full-order robust H-infinity -compensator can be obtained. Finally, a small example is given to show the applicability of the proposed approach.
