The interlock system constructed on the basis of an Intel 8751FB single-chi
p microcomputer is intended for exercising automatic control over experimen
tal setups. Configuration flexibility and application simplicity make it po
ssible to use the system in a wide range of setups. Information on the syst
em con figuration and status data are stored in a nonvolatile memory that p
rovides operation reliability when the system is used as a separate unit.
