A seven year old girl presented with recurrent headaches Computed tomograph
y (GT) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and angiography showed a 2 cm aneur
ysm at the P2 segment of the right posterior cerebral artery. The aneurysm
was trapped successfully by a petrosal approach. The patient made an excell
