Abstract
Recent research has identified concertive control as an essential factor co nstraining teamwork. We extend this research by reporting the development a nd validation of a scale to measure concertive control in teams that will a ssist organizational and management professionals both in assessing how tea ms struggle with process issues and in furthering conceptual research.
