Abstract
Li-modified polycrystalline samples of La-modified PZT (PLZT), Pb-0.91(La1- z/3Liz)(0.09)(Zr0.65Ti0.35)(0.9775)O-3 with z = 0.5 and 0.7 were synthesise d through a sol-gel route. The gels were dried and calcined at different te mperatures. The formation of a single phase compound was confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies. The cold pressed pellets of the mixed compounds were sintered at different temperatures. The effect of sintering on the dielectr ic properties of the Li-modified compound has been reported here.
