Abstract
In this work, the implantation systems Fe:B+, Fe:C+ and Fe:O+ are studied b y the Mossbauer spectroscopy methods. General regularities and peculiaritie s inherent to formation and disintegration of the stable and metastable pha ses in the implanted iron-metalloid systems subject to irradiation and subs equent isochronous thermal annealing are established. The tendency of phase transformation in the implanted layer as the annealing temperature and imp lanted ion concentration are varied, is predicted by phase diagram. The obs erved process of phase transformation deceleration at high temperature is c onnected with formation of the two-phase precipitates as steady elements. ( C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V.
