Abstract
Within the theory of SU(2) and SU(3) Yang-Mills gauge fields, the effective Lagrangian is derived with allowance for the modification in the gluon and quark spectra that arises in a constant magnetic field with constant poten tials. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
