Abstract
We report an unusual case of cutaneous nephrocolonic fistula caused by a re nal calculus with perirenal infection. The diagnosis was made by fistulogra phy and computed tomography, after which nephrectomy and resection of the d escending colon were successful. We also review the literature on cutaneous nephrocolonic fistulas.
