Abstract
Fluorescence correlation microscopy provides a means of carrying out quanti tative investigations of the molecular interactions within living cells. Th is article outlines a technique that works well at very low concentrations, enabling valuable information to be extracted out of the random noise gene rated by Brownian motion.
