Abstract
A 25-year-old man with low cardiac risks underwent coronary arteriography b
ecause of chest pain at rest. His only risk factors for coronary artery dis
ease was smoking. Both right and left coronary arteries were ectatic and th
e left anterior descending artery was obstructed. In the acetylcholine prov
ocation test, the left circumflex coronary artery showed severe constrictio
n. Thus, this patient was diagnosed as having a combination of variant angi
na and occlusive coronary artery disease.
