Abstract
The case of a 78-year-old female patient, with a large lipoma (13 x 17 x 10 cm) of the right ventricle, appearing pseudoaneurysmatic, is presented. Ra dical resection left a considerable right ventricle wall and interventricul ar septum defect which was reconstructed with a bovine pericardium patch.
