Abstract
In China, a lot of phosphorous slag has not been used. The main reason is t hat phosphorous slag (PHS) lengthens the setting time of cement. At the sam e time, the early strength obviously decreases the setting time. Consequent ly, it can affect the engineering construction progress. Therefore, additio n of admixtures can resolve these questions and improve the properties of P HS cement. The paper studied the influence of calcined gypsum, calcined alu mstone, sodium sulphate on the strength and pore structure of PHS cement. R esults show that PHS cement of 425 or 515 grade can be produced by adjustin g technological parameters and using complex admixtures. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
