Abstract
We report a case of acute pulmonary oedema following upper airway obstructi on in a 1-year-old patient. We discuss the pathophysiology of this infreque nt complication of upper airway obstruction and the interest of alveolar pr otein/blood protein ratio measurement to determine the mechanism of pulmona ry oedema.
