Abstract
The effect of plant growth regulators like gibberellic acid (GA(3)), indole butyric acid (TBA) and indole acetic acid (IAA) on the soapnut (Sapindus t rifoliatus Vahl.) seed germination was studied. GA(3) was found to be more effective in improving the seed germination in soapnut than either IBA or I AA.
