Abstract
An algorithm for calculating the surface impedance of a normal isotrop ic metal is constructed by taking into account the arriving term in th e collision integral (in the case of specular reflection). Analytic ex pressions are obtained for scattering probability describing the s-, p -, and d-scattering. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
