Abstract
Spectrophotometric and potentiometric methods are used to study the me chanism of the formation of the polynuclear hydroxo complexes in the C r3+-NO3--H2O and Al3+-Cr3+-NO3--H2O solutions. The formation of interm ediate complexes, which convert with time into hydroxo polymers, is di scovered.
