Pharmacy team recommendations

The Pharmacy Team was tasked with the following case scenario and critical assumptions: Your managed care organization is asking your teem to identify ways that ph armacy can work with other departments in their efforts to design and imple ment a menopause counseling plan. The Pharmacy Team was asked to consider the roles and responsibilities of p harmacy in working with other departments in designing and implementing gui delines; to identity any potential barriers to success and strategies to ov ercome them; to determine the kinds of programs that might need to be imple mented to support a new counseling tool; and to develop recommendations to measure and monitor the success of the program from pharmacy's perspective.
