We propose a non-thermal model for two distinct gamma-ray spectral states o
f Galactic Black Holes Canditates (GBHCs). We propose that these two spectr
al features can be reproduced in a model where the GBHC switches from a Sey
fert-type state (X-ray low (hard) state) to a Blazar-type state (X-ray high
(soft) state). Blazar-type states are linked to the ejection of plasma eve
nts with apparent superluminal velocities for two microquasars (GRS1915 + 1
05 and GROJ1655-40). Acceleration of a pure pair plasma by radiation pressu
re from the accretion disc can account for these superluminal motions, and
we propose that the low (hard) state can be the stage of pair creation.
