Abstract
Coupling of five amines on the 7-methoxy-1,3,4,5-tetrahydropyrrolo[4,3,2-de
]quinoline core was achieved and afforded, in particular, an opened analogu
e of the natural alkaloid wakayin. Evaluation of cytotoxic activity of comp
ounds 2, 10-13 on L1210 cells afforded IC50 in the range 0.25-5.3 mu M. (C)
