Abstract
Clozapine and risperidone have been implicated in the development of obsess ive-compulsive symptoms. We present three cases in which olanzapine caused a significant exacerbation of obsessive-compulsive symptoms in schizophreni a (two cases) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (one case).
