Abstract
Electrocardiographic abnormalities are common with tumor invasion of the he art. Pronounced lateral ST segment eleyation in the absence of myocardial i nfarction occurred in a patient with epidermoid carcinoma of the left lung. Tomography showed the presence of tumor invasion of the heart. Prolonged S T segment elevation without Q waves seems to be a sign for tumor invasion o f the heart.
