art. Pronounced lateral ST segment eleyation in the absence of myocardial i
nfarction occurred in a patient with epidermoid carcinoma of the left lung.
Tomography showed the presence of tumor invasion of the heart. Prolonged S
T segment elevation without Q waves seems to be a sign for tumor invasion o
