In this paper we present the Hall effect data of Fe80-xNixCr20(14 less than
or equal to x less than or equal to 30) alloys in four different magnetic
phases within the fee gamma-phase. In the spin-glass (SG) phase (x = 19) th
e nonlinear behaviour of the Hall resistivity (rho H) with field arises fro
m the spin-orbit scattering. The temperature variation of rho H shows broad
peaks around T-g for lower fields (< 0.1 T) but they disappear at higher f
ields (1 T). We separate the ordinary (OHC) and the extra-ordinary (EHC) Ha
ll coefficients in the ferromagnetic sample (a: = 30) and show their temper
ature variation. In the reentrant spin-glass (RSG) (x = 26), again pH shows
a nonlinear variation with field. The temperature variation of rho H shows
anomaly near both T-g and T-c. In the antiferromagnetic phase (AF) (x = 14
), rho H increases more or less linearly with field and its temperature var
iation shows broad peaks around T-N for lower fields.
