A. In these cases improvement of painful ulcerations is a therapeutic chall
enge. We report a 17-year-old boy with severe pyoderma gangrenosum treated
successfully with mycophenolate mofetil and autologous keratinocyte transpl
antation using an esterified hyluronic acid delivery system.
