Abstract
Principles of the stabilization of hard and of plasticized (solvents i ncluding) PVC are basically different. The stabilization of the PVC in fabricating hard materials and products is based on realization of th e fundamental law: the chemical stabilization of the PVC. In creating plasticized material and products (including solvent), stabilization o f the PVC is founded on realization of different principles and fundam ental laws: solvation and ''echo'' stabilizations.
