We refined the simplest time-dependent self-consistent field method ex
isting, namely, the time-dependent Hartree-Fock method for the Helium
atom. We used Neumann boundary conditions at rho = 0 on a nonuniform f
inite-difference scheme thus increasing the efficiency and accuracy of
the numerical procedure. We discuss calculations on 5-eV photons.
