Abstract
Local polynomial time-frequency transforms, introduced by Katkovnik, a re extended, in this paper, to the Wigner distribution. These distribu tions may be efficiently realized, in the case of multicomponent signa ls, using the S-method. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
