Abstract
We report the case of a 21-year-old woman who developed severe adult o nset ductopenia in association with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Chemotherapy r esulted in a remission of her Hodgkin's disease (HD) and significant i mprovement in liver function with resolution of the hepatic and biliar y duct histological abnormalities, a therapeutic success not previousl y described in the literature.
