Abstract
A galactose-modified deoxyuridine phosphoramidite was synthesized via the H eck reaction and applied to solid-phase synthesis to provide a new type of oligo DNA-galactose conjugates, which maintained stringent base-pairing fid elity for unique DNA sequences.
