Abstract
It is possible to use atmospheric air as the intermediate medium in no ndestructive testing and acoustic diagnosis in the low-frequency ultra sonic range. The main design features are described for low-frequency, probes. Basic technical data are given on the Germes-2 ultrasonic ins trument together with uses.
