Abstract
Spectral evolution of short pulses in off-axis KrF amplifiers is investigat ed both experimentally and theoretically. It is pointed out that the spectr al features of the amplified pulses are mainly determined by time initial c hirp of the pulse and the SPM in the laser windows.
