Abstract
We have described herein the syntheses of three novel series of aromatic ri ng containing pseudomycin side-chain analogues. Preliminary biological eval uations of these analogues clearly indicate that it is possible to synthesi ze rigid pseudomycin sidechain analogues without compromising in vitro anti fungal activity.
