Abstract
Stenting lesions with favorable characteristics as required for inclusion i n the STRESS/ BENESTENT trials have yielded superior results to that of PTC A alone. Results for less favorable lesions such as in small vessels, diffu se disease, ostial disease, and saphenous vein grafts are less well establi shed. This review seeks to analyze available data for stent placement in th is subset of non-STRESS/BENESTENT lesions. Cathet. Cardiovasc. Intervent. 5 1:223-233, 2000. (C) 2000 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
