Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) products have made a major impact in vascular and general surgery. Over the past two decades, various ePTFE p roducts have been used in aesthetic surgery. These products are used for au gmentation of Lips, nasolabial and glabellar furrows, and noses, and for ot her contour needs. The use of ePTFE has given patients and aesthetic surgeo ns an excellent option for longterm stability for facial augmentation.
