Abstract
Maximisation of any squared cumulants (order greater than or equal to 3), a s long as the,Fe are different from pro, is sufficient to achieve blind sep aration of instantaneous, independent, linear mixtures. A novel third-order cumulant based separator is introduced and some comparative simulation res ults are provided.
