Abstract
We report a case in which a high-velocity paint pellet injury to the eye ru ptured the posterior lens capsule. In the setting of blunt trauma, posterio r capsule rupture has rarely been reported. Recognizing such a rupture allo ws the surgeon to plan the best surgical approach. (C) 2000 ASCRS and ESCRS .
