We extract the exact on-resonance position and local dynamical information
of the H-1 network from a dramatic variation of the peak amplitude of C-13
signals as a function of the carrier frequency of the decoupling field for
H-1. Its Lorentzian dependence is explained within a simple theory. (C) 200
