Abstract
An integrated amplifier based on a high-T-c DC SQUID with a microstrip inpu t coil is designed for the frequency range 1-2 GHz. Fabrication technology of the amplifier on a bicrystal substrate is developed. A mathematical mode l of the device is suggested, and its performance data are computed.
