Abstract
The data contained in this paper pertain to the record of microfauna that i
ndicates the presence of sediments of Miocene-Quaternary age in western Raj
asthan. The recovered microfauna consist mainly of foraminifera and ostraco
da. The dwarf nature of microfauna indicates stressed palaeoenvironment.
